1. Custom & Personalized Orders

Most of our products are custom-made or personalized, including name customization, messages, layout selection, or special requests.

Due to the custom nature of these products:

lAll personalized or custom orders are final and non-refundable once production has begun.

lWe do not accept returns or refunds for customer-approved customization errors.

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

lThe item received is defective or damaged

lThe product differs materially from the confirmed order details

Supporting evidence (photos or videos) may be required.

2. Non-Personalized Products

For standard, non-personalized products:

lReturns may be requested within 14 days of delivery

lItems must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before production begins.
Once production has started, cancellations and refunds are not available.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after confirmation and inspection.
